2. Production & Shipping Timeline
- Production lead time: 30–60 days
- Shipping duration: varies depending on destination and shipping route
3. Packaging Standards
All products are packed using export-grade packaging, including:
- Reinforced cartons or wooden crates
- Protective foam and corner guards
- Moisture protection where required
4. Shipping Terms (Incoterms)
Shipping responsibilities are defined based on agreed Incoterms:
- EXW (Ex Works)
- FOB (Free On Board)
- CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight)
5. Documentation Provided
Nam Hai will supply all necessary export documents, including:
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Bill of Lading (B/L)
- Other documents upon request
6. Shipment Tracking
Tracking information and shipping documents will be provided once the goods are dispatched.
