Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern all transactions and engagements with Nam Hai.

1. Order Confirmation
All orders are subject to formal confirmation by Nam Hai. Production will only commence upon agreement of all specifications and receipt of the required deposit.

2. Product Specifications
All products are manufactured based on agreed designs, materials, dimensions, and finishing. Any modifications must be confirmed in writing prior to production.

3. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Minimum order quantities may apply depending on product type and level of customization.

4. Pricing
All prices are quoted based on current material costs, specifications, and order volume. Final pricing will be confirmed before production begins.

5. Payment Terms
Standard payment terms:

30% deposit upon order confirmation
70% balance prior to shipment

Alternative terms may be agreed upon for long-term or strategic partners.

6. Production Lead Time
Production lead time typically ranges from 30 to 60 days, depending on order size, complexity, and production schedule.

7. Delivery Terms
All shipments are conducted in accordance with agreed Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF, etc.).

8. Inspection
Clients may request third-party inspection prior to shipment. Inspection costs, if applicable, shall be borne by the client unless otherwise agreed.
